An old, beaten up red convertable parked itself in the lot outside Ravenwood Asylum. The driver door opened, and a young woman wearing a dark blue coat and skirt stepped out. She brushed her long, brown hair out of her face, and her green eyes peered intently at the building. She pursed her lips, and looked at the other side of the car.
The passenger door opened, and a young man got out of the car. He was very handsome, with high cheekbones and brilliant blue eyes. He wore a dark blue v-neck sweater and a white shirt underneath, along with blue jean pants. His brown hair was somewhat long, and he ran a hand through it while he looked up. "Well... here it is. Ravenwood Asylum. Never thought I would be that guy going to a place like this."
"You won't be here for too long." the woman quickly said. "When you get rid of your problems once and for all, you'll be out in no time."
"Do you think those rumors that we saw on the Internet were true?"
"No... You know how the Internet is. But..." the woman stopped mid-sentence, and sighed.
"I understand. Sorry. I didn't mean to be all cynical. I'm just a bit nervous, you know?"
"I'm still worried about you. Even if the place got a five star rating for their food."
"Don't worry. I've probably had worse. Remember the high school's food?"
"Oh God! I get sick just thinking about that! Yuck! Sheesh!" The woman stuck her tongue out in disgust, and gagged a little.
The man laughed. "I'm sure I'll be fine."
"I'm still nervous..."
The man smiled. "Hey, I'm the one who's supposed to be nervous here, not you." He then sighed, and stated calmly, "Look, it's my decision. I think this is for the best, and I hope you do too."
The woman pursed her lips again, and sighed. She gestured to the doors. "Shall we go in?"
"Yeah... Did you ever look up what I could and could not bring here?"
"I tried, but everything was jumbled up. We can always ask the front desk, and I can go back out and filter the items if need be."
The man nodded, and took a deep breath. He swung his arms a little, as though prepping himself for something. "Here we go."
Both the man and the woman walked through the doors.
Once inside, the man stood nearby the doors while the woman walked up to the desk. She then asked politely, "Excuse me? I'm here to commit a Cameron James Oliverson. I called two, maybe three days ago." The man, possibly Cameron, looked around at his surroundings with curiosity.
